The latest patch for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim as been implemented on the Xbox 360. The 1.4 patch, which has been out for the PC since last week, fixes a lot of bugs and issues with a number of quests. Check out the full list of bug fixes here.

In regards to the PS3 patch, Bethesda is still waiting for word from Sony on this one. Remember the issue is with an incompatibility with the PS3’s memory allocation. Sony and Bethesda are working together to fix this one hopefully soon.
