As everyone saw during E3 2016, Sony had announced the return of everyone’s favorite fox, Crash Bandicoot. Unfortunately, it isn’t a new game but it will be a trilogy of the original three classic games. They will be coming to the PlayStation 4 on June 30th.
The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy collection includes the first three Crash games: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.
Polygon is reporting that the remastered trilogy features new lighting, animations, cinematics enhanced for 4K and the PS4 Pro, and a fully remastered soundtrack. It also will have full analog stick support, along with new unified save and checkpoint systems.
The trilogy will cost you $39.99, which isn’t bad. Vicarious Visions, that is handling the work of updating the originals, improved the game’s bonus levels and time trials, as well as recreated the intro cinematic with updated graphics and sound. Sounds like we all know what we are getting on June 30th.
