Back in the day, Marvel would complete one movie and then move onto the next one. However, since Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige started answering to Disney directly, they are moving more like an actual movie studio. They have completed work on Avengers: Infinity War and are working on Avengers 4. In all of that, Ant-Man and the Wasp has gone into production.
On the 100th birthday of Jack Kirby, Evangline Lilly tweeted out a picture of herself in some costumer. While most of the internet is dissecting the costume as her Wasp suit, but not one person is considering that it may not actually be the full suit, if at all. Another thought, which is weird for the internet, is that it could just be a base suit and will add more to it digitally.

Currently, it is rare for Robert Downey Jr. to wear the full Iron Man costume, as much of it is added digitally after a few movies of wearing a fiberglass outfit. I think was it more important in the tweet is that she is playing a character that was co-created by Kirby. That is really what should be the take away.
Here’s the official synopsis:
From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: “Ant-Man and The Wasp.” In the aftermath of “Captain America: Civil War,” Scott Lang (Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.
