By this point, you heard the rumors that Samsung was planning to release a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which was a solid move by the company to dispel all the rumors that they were distancing themselves from the Note line after the defect in the Note 7. It was rumored that they would announce the device in late August.
On Monday, Evan Blass tweeted leaked images of the upcoming Note 8. This image shows the face, rear, side and stylus for the handset. It seems to be a carbon copy of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus line, which makes sense to give it more uniformity. It shows the same edge-to-edge Infinity Display with even slimmer looking bezels. A dedicated Bixby Button and a dual-camera with dual flash on the rear.

It will have the same fingerprint sensor on the rear of the phone like the other S8 models. Some are already noting that it was criticized as being hard to reach, which has not been the case for either of here as we have the S8 and S8 Plus respectively. Granted it did take a day or two to get used to it but now it is second nature and seldom smudge the camera lens.
It was rumored that the new Note 8 would be announced at the event slated for August 23rd but many critics believed that Samsung would rename the device given the flaws in the Note 7. However, it seems that Samsung is doubling down on the model and they should receive high praise for it. Many considered weaker sales on the S8 and the S8 Plus after the fiasco but that worry never materialized.
