Nintendo Switch Will Be Available At GameStop This Week

There are various reports around the internet about whether Nintendo is purposely shorting the number of Switch consoles to create a shortage. We even discussed this on a past episode of our Lazy Geeks Podcast, but it seems that as of today, there are a few Switch consoles available at your local GameStop stores.

Polygon is reporting that starting Monday, July 17th through the 21st, GameStop stores will be receiving some of the consoles. Of course, there is no word on how many and which locations will be receiving the consoles, so you will most likely have to use your phone. You know, that thing you text on? It, also, makes calls.

The other bad news is that they will only be sold in bundles. “GameStop secured an additional allotment of the Nintendo Switch systems available for purchase as individual console systems, or as a part several top-selling online bundles,” the company stated.
