What some people would say, “leaving money on the table.” With the huge success of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Marvel Comics is releasing a limited run series about the mysterious Jean Grey.

I mean, mysterious to young fans and the comics bros that never read a comic before. Also, to the group that’s only experience to her was through the early 2000s Fox franchise. As well as the rebooted one from the last decade. She we will debut in a limited run, five issue story and Phoenix is coming with her. The limited series will be helmed by X-Men (2024) writer Jed MacKay and acclaimed artist Rogê Antônio. Latter known for his recent work on Cyclops (2026).

Jean Grey Mini-Series is Coming

The series jumps off the ending of the DNX series. Which features the X-Men and Fantastic Four teaming up to stop the X-Virus, which threatens to mutate all of mankind. The conclusion of DNX run brings Jean racing back to Earth, only to find the X-Men’s world changed. “The fallout she was too late to stop will ignite a new era for MacKay’s work on X-Men,”Marvel said.“And it all begins here!”
